Kaylee’s First Experience In a Formula 4

After a successful week at Rocky Mountain Motorsports, Kaylee was super excited to test in a Formula 4 at Radford, in Arizona. It would be her first time on slicks, and with downforce.
Day One: Learning a new car
It was easily 100 degrees on the first day, so Kaylee dealt with a few overheating issues. Overall, Kaylee liked the short track and the car.
Day Two: An Earlier Start
On day two, the group started at 6:00 AM compared to 8:00 AM, with hopes to avoid some of the over heating issues. The plan went through successfully, for the first few sessions. Kaylee tested on the skid-pad to practice car control, and race starts.
In conclusive, it was an amazing few days of testing and a great experience! She looks forward to getting to spend some more time in a Formula 4, hopefully some time soon.
